BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service consists exclusively of non-custodial validator infrastructure. The Service is purely technical in nature.

2. Delegation Relationship

Users delegate their crypto-assets directly to a validator node operated by the Operator at the protocol level. Such delegation: The user remains the sole and exclusive controller of their assets at all times.

3. Self-Directed Participation

All staking or delegation actions are: The Operator does not initiate, execute, or control any transaction on behalf of users.

4. No Intermediation

The Operator does not act as: Users interact directly with blockchain protocols.
