NodeDepot is an independent non-custodial validator infrastructure operation based in Spain ("Operator").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the non-custodial validator and staking infrastructure service ("Service") provided by NodeDepot.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
The Service consists exclusively of non-custodial validator infrastructure for Proof-of-Stake blockchain networks.
Delegation of crypto-assets is performed directly between the user and the underlying blockchain protocol.
Users remain solely responsible for and in control of their assets and private keys at all times.
All staking and delegation actions:
The Operator does not initiate, sign, execute, or control transactions on behalf of users.
The Operator does not act as:
Users interact directly with decentralized blockchain protocols.
The Service is intended to operate as a non-custodial technical infrastructure service.
The Operator does not provide custodial services, financial intermediation, or investment advisory services.
Regulatory interpretation may evolve depending on future legislation, administrative guidance, or regulatory developments, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own legal, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Nothing provided by the Operator constitutes:
Participation in blockchain networks and staking activities involves technical, operational, and economic risks.
Such risks may include:
Users assume full responsibility for risks associated with the use of the Service and participation in blockchain protocols.

NodeDepot es una operación independiente de infraestructura de validación sin custodia con base en España (el “Operador”).
Los presentes Términos de Servicio regulan el acceso y uso del servicio de infraestructura de validación y staking sin custodia ofrecido por NodeDepot.
Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, el usuario declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado los presentes Términos.
El Servicio consiste exclusivamente en infraestructura técnica de validación sin custodia para redes blockchain basadas en mecanismos Proof-of-Stake (PoS).
La delegación de criptoactivos se realiza directamente entre el usuario y el protocolo blockchain correspondiente.
El usuario mantiene en todo momento el control exclusivo de sus activos y claves privadas.
Todas las operaciones de staking o delegación:
El Operador no inicia, firma, ejecuta ni controla transacciones en nombre de los usuarios.
El Operador no actúa como:
Los usuarios interactúan directamente con protocolos blockchain descentralizados.
El Servicio está concebido como un servicio técnico sin custodia de infraestructura blockchain.
El Operador no presta servicios de custodia, intermediación financiera ni asesoramiento de inversión.
La interpretación regulatoria aplicable podrá evolucionar conforme a futuras disposiciones normativas, criterios administrativos o desarrollos regulatorios, incluyendo el Reglamento MiCA.
Cada usuario es responsable de verificar sus propias obligaciones legales, fiscales y regulatorias.
La información proporcionada por el Operador no constituye:
El uso de redes blockchain y servicios de staking implica riesgos técnicos, operativos y económicos.
El usuario asume íntegramente los riesgos derivados de la utilización del Servicio y de su participación en protocolos blockchain.
El Operador no garantiza rentabilidad ni beneficios económicos.
No se garantiza disponibilidad continua ni funcionamiento ininterrumpido.
Nada de lo dispuesto en estos Términos excluirá responsabilidades que legalmente no puedan ser excluidas conforme al derecho español o de la Unión Europea.
El Operador podrá modificar el Servicio o los presentes Términos cuando resulte necesario por motivos técnicos, operativos, legales o regulatorios.
Las versiones actualizadas serán publicadas a través del Servicio.
Los presentes Términos se regirán por la legislación española.
Cualquier controversia será sometida a los juzgados y tribunales de Madrid, España, salvo que la normativa aplicable establezca otra jurisdicción imperativa.
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos fuese declarada inválida o inaplicable, las restantes disposiciones continuarán plenamente vigentes.
En caso de discrepancia o inconsistencia entre las distintas versiones idiomáticas de estos Términos, prevalecerá la versión inglesa a efectos interpretativos.
