NodeDepot is an independent non-custodial validator infrastructure operation based in Spain ("Operator").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the non-custodial validator and staking infrastructure service ("Service") provided by NodeDepot.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
The Service consists exclusively of non-custodial validator infrastructure for Proof-of-Stake blockchain networks.
Delegation of crypto-assets is performed directly between the user and the underlying blockchain protocol.
Users remain solely responsible for and in control of their assets and private keys at all times.
All staking and delegation actions:
The Operator does not initiate, sign, execute, or control transactions on behalf of users.
The Operator does not act as:
Users interact directly with decentralized blockchain protocols.
The Service is intended to operate as a non-custodial technical infrastructure service.
The Operator does not provide custodial services, financial intermediation, or investment advisory services.
Regulatory interpretation may evolve depending on future legislation, administrative guidance, or regulatory developments, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own legal, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Nothing provided by the Operator constitutes:

Los presentes Términos de Servicio (los “Términos”) regulan el acceso y uso del servicio de infraestructura de validación y staking sin custodia (el “Servicio”) ofrecido por NodeDepot.
Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, el usuario declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado los presentes Términos.
El Servicio consiste exclusivamente en infraestructura técnica de validación sin custodia para redes blockchain basadas en mecanismos Proof-of-Stake (PoS).
La delegación de criptoactivos se realiza directamente entre el usuario y el protocolo blockchain correspondiente.
El usuario mantiene en todo momento el control exclusivo de sus activos y claves privadas.
Todas las operaciones de staking o delegación:
El Operador no inicia, firma, ejecuta ni controla transacciones en nombre de los usuarios.

Los usuarios interactúan directamente con protocolos blockchain descentralizados.

La interpretación regulatoria aplicable podrá evolucionar conforme a futuras disposiciones normativas, criterios administrativos o desarrollos regulatorios, incluyendo el Reglamento MiCA.
Cada usuario es responsable de verificar sus propias obligaciones legales, fiscales y regulatorias.
